Useful questions before a purchase order.
A practical starting point for project sponsors, engineers and procurement teams.
Air-to-water feasibility brief
Collect location, intended use, daily and peak demand, 12 months of climate information where available, power, current water source and total cost, storage, water quality and operator details.
IVR bill-of-materials brief
List exact codes or required functions, connection and size, medium, pressure and temperature, certifications, quantities, drawings and delivery schedule.
Understand nominal output
A nominal litre-per-day figure is tied to a defined environment and machine configuration. Actual output and energy demand vary with weather and operation; a site model should state the assumed range.
Plan continuing water safety
Treatment, monitoring, sampling and corrective action require a responsible operator after handover. Specify intended use and relevant local requirements before commissioning.
